Angsty, a bit on the dark side. God, I love to explore new territory, and John and Sherlock having a history? Not that new to me. John having raped Sherlock? That definitely made it on my list of novelties. I really was kind of sceptical whether this could be compatible with my head canon characterizations. Well, it does. The author depicts John's angst quite nicely. I liked him fretting, uncertain, feeling guilty.
