So, once again a het ship.
This story focuses more on Sherlock, and I love the close resemblance to Death Takes a Holiday - the progress of action is rather similiar, e.g. the ambush.
Sherlock/Irene isn't that big of a ship in the fandom, so I am glad to add to the few stories I have found so far that I deem rec-worthy. Doesn't mean I don't know more, just most do not seem to me like I will reread them or that they are that outstanding in their category. Some are very good, though. Just not what I am looking for.
